2 days i try download last update
support mirror 1&2&3 is very bad (no any part smaller or all in one)
i can't download it plzzzzzzzzzz repiar it
even now i can't used pinfinder

yes there is something wrong with new installer but support team says everything ok i cannot understand this

doin all the way till end but still no joy. same locked phone.

Dear Friend,

Infinity-Box support area has absolutely tested files that can be downloaded by any person who has Internet connection.

I can't understand what you trying to download and why you can't use files that you have downloaded.

1. You must read your strange message again
2. You must try to understand what you talk about
3. You must think once again and try to understand your own words once again
4. You must write your questions in reasonoble way but not like you have done it before
5. It's better for you to write in Chinese than in English (like you have made it in your first message)
6. If you can't find files in support area you must try to find files there, we have made "Search" option in support area especially for situation like yours
7. If you can't use PinFinder you must read manual (it's in English, not in Chinese so you will be able to read easy text and see easy pictures).
Where to get PinFinder manual ? On your own HDD.
8. If you want to get support in future you must follow all my previous advices, follow it and confirm here about complete understanding of each step (one-by-one, from 1 to 8), in other case I'll be unable to help you in future.

he mean that he is not able to download main setup file from 2 days.
he mean that mirror support area not able to download fast.
he mean that mirror support area have part of main setup file is so big still for him.
he mean he still can not update or use pinout finder.
he want you to fix file for him so he can download at his very very slow connection. :d

i will count this message decrypting money at end of month.

hehe

ps: do i am allowed to upload infinity main setup to my site support area? for my clients to get them faster and easy way to get new update every time?

We have nothing agains uploading any files from Infinity-Box support area somwhere else now and in future (we will be even happy if Infinity-Box files will be uploaded everywhere).

p.s.
I still can't understan how it was possible that somebody has problems with downloading from 3 (three) support area mirrors that located in different places and hosted by different internet providers.

p.p.s.
should we close 2 additional mirrors and leave only one mirror, of course with download limits, f.e. 1 file per 5 minutes or 20 files per day, or with traffic limits to avoid heavy load on our support area.
We are waiting for good advices.
In case of no good advice will be published here we will think how to make better to avoid heavy load and we must make much stronger download limits than now exist.

Nice problem descripion = 99% of good answer.

Important addition: if you CAN NOT DOWNLOAD BIG FILES YOU CAN DOWNLOAD UPDATES AS BEFORE (and it's not important that ordinary update file size is near the same as part of installation package).
