Thumbs up motorola c139 tracfone v8.8.17

hi, dear supports,

i talked via private message to infinyty help,

but we didnt conclude this situation,

i need help unlocking 87 motorola c139 tracfone,

the versions are 8.8.17 and 8.5.17

well, what i have done till now is cut the track, some of them power on and most of them dont power after the track cut,

i know that when they dont power on we are doing well,
the ones that power on i have to remove cpu and remove a ball, i need the picture for those one,

well, on the other hand when the phones dont power on i went to repair module, and select c139 ok
checked soft restore, and without soft restore as well,
when i hit to load repair data i see 2 files, i tried with both of them

but when i hit write, the software ask me to push power button,

but nothing happens, always the same
no conection between phone and machine,

besides i have done it in the normal mode, selected c139, and went to settins and checked repair mode, then what else i have to do, flash with main, lp, and flex, or what?
cause i tried flashing but not conection anyway

what else can i do please

OK,
i did it already,
just used in conection method 4,

and pushed the rj45 motorola t191 cable hard in the phone, it was not conecting due to the cable,

i did it and flashed it with 1.0.24 main, flex and lp,
selected in settings "repair mode" conection (cut track)
and "soft restore" cutted track during flash,

then flashed it, and ok

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeverithing ok now,

let me continue with the 86 pieces left,
jajaja

thank you very much infinity team

hello rbisystems!

just by pressing "unlock" button is possible to unlock only old firmware motorolas. New types require test point cut, and NEWEST can be done only by removing ball from leg N1.

hello!

when you re-ball micro BGA IC- all its pins are covered by small balls.
via this balls it is connected with PCB. you need to remove one Ball from leg N1 to disconnect it from PCB when it will be soldered back

hello!

when you dedoldered MCU and reballed it- removing one ball is not a problem at all.
Problem is to solder MCU back, but this is a question of skill...
