i renew my licence of infinity box in february 2019 and i cannot open cm2 and last sp2 updates
please help me

Do you see any fault bin in the setup ? If not, try to scan your PC with good antivirus.

I reinstalled my computer and it's still the same thing! yet I can open previous versions like mtk 1.58 and mt2 old version
if i open sp2 the infinity logo is displayed and disappears

It looks like your dongle support period is expired.

Hello,
1. If you have "Fault.bin" file inside Cm2 Mt2 attach it here
2. Uninstall usb sharing /sniff/monitor/debug softwares (like flexihub etc.).
3. PC is infected with virus, as a result CM2 files (exe and/or dll) become changed damaged or some strange files are in folder with CM2.
Solution: Scan Pc with a trusted antivirus.
4.Delete CM2 MT2 folder completely and re-install it.

yes, it's very important to check PC for viruses and remove viruse !
If computer is infected it may damage CM2 exe, that's why exe can't run well.
