please sir Jaydi and friends kindly help me, the phone was normal just user code but all kept on saying encryption while trying to remove user code so i read software out of the phone and flash back and problem started.

Bro on my own issue the phone was on STUCK ON LOGO issue till the customer took the phone.

Bro, just download the factory firmware and write don't waste ur time next time. That is how the phones are (infinix x559, x559c and tecno LA6). Back up file don't normally work on them even though u can copy and write successfully.
