dear infinty team thks for standing so strong behind us.
ur grt.
team i want u to make china flasing easy.its very difficult to find flash files from support area.
so i hope u must do sum wrk to provide better support.
i wnt tht flash files shd be found with their names and models or some else specification.
i flashed many chines got success in sum. its very difficult to find same files. there days after format phn going dead bcoz of damager files so plz help us

Yes I am also agree with this thraed Infinity team should make easy way to find exact flash files cause its really very difficult to find a flash file for chinies mobiles

I am very sad to say, buy you are both just ignored all advices, manuals and news from Infinity-Box support persons !
It's very bad example of lazy people !

Anyway, especially for you here is screenshot of Infinity-Box support area, try to understand the meaning of button that was marked at picture below and read name of marked files.

You have all tools at your service, you can download files list or make online search by file name, model name of firmware version and you are still not satisfied...

Ok, no problem, we are working now about voice-recognition flashing system for people who don't know what is keyboard and buttons...

team i agree u support is best . when we have dead set. we cant read anything bcoz sum times flash is empty. so thts dificult.
last day i got 2gsm mobile . i format and phn dead . after wht shd i do suggest?
i did searched files . i ahve to flash phn three times . two times i flashed wrong one bcoz phn doesnt have any model number or any specification . atlst by luck i flashed the phn and phn is on .
team its difficult to try tht many files

What do you think, how is it possible that we will tell you "flash your unknown phone with firmware #37615" ?
Please, think about this situation and try to post here your explanation how is it possible to give you such advice.

We have made everything to make your life easy:
1. we have posted phones pictures with software version information in support area \flashfiles\ChineseMiracle\_doc\pictures but 99% people continue to ignore our efforts
Many thanks and big respect to people who have sent to us that pictures and zero respect to people who never visited that folder in support area !
2. we have made automatic software version detection during flash (or other) process, and everybody can see original phone version (before flashing) in "operation.log" fil, but 99% of people never look into log and continue to ignore our efforts
3. we have made pinout database with pictures, prepared detailed instructions regarding pinout detection and every day we start our work from questions to many lazy people like this "How many pins in your phone connector ?"
4. etc.
5. etc.
.......
99999. etc.

Thank you very much for your constant ignorance !

We are waiting for your kind advices how to server you better !

the infinity team work gud for us the support erea is very simple nd easy i have no any problem to find the flash files

infinity is the easiest way to flash china phones......just read instruction from team.....infinity software is best way to read flash version from phone & find same and simmiler files from support area..

hi friend,
i'm junior member of GSM HOSTING TEAM i flases many china mobile. by my experience i found that most of china made mobiles are mtk chip based mobile. when work with mtk chip mobile, used only in china miracle MT62XX based-model noting to find any mobile name. its realy work with every MTK chip based mobile

i think its good idea for for new member who work with "infinity box"
