infinty team need help about updating infinity


i have bought infinty slim and have been using it for about three years , i am using InfinitySetupMain_v2[1].7a it works fine but when i am installing lastest version setup the dongle ask me to download [download manage] and update the dongle , whenever i am trying to update my dongle it gives me an error , this means that my infinity slim will never work on never versions, please solve my problem,

It can not be true.
We check and answer all mails at regular base so if you did not got any reply it may be 2 reasons only:
1. you have sent your message to wrong e-mail address
2. your e-mail address is incorrect and you can not get a reply
So I suggest you to check your e-mail account once again very carefully and contact to support again

Hello,

yes, it's correct e-mail address.

Did you checked what e-mail address was entered in "reply-to" field ?
Is it was your valid e-mail address ?

You must make it after about 4-5 years.
