Red face infinty vox update error pls solution

sir my infinty box in this type error any solution for this error


i will try to new setup of infinty box "BEST 1.45" setup
and dongel manager read card detail READ CARD DETAIL

Hello,
If you want to use [BEST] software with your Main Infinity-Box - you should buy [BEST] Software Activation or you should use [BEST] Dongle.

hi all
i haVE UPGRADED best soft and gb key but when ever i try to use best,my infinty blocking..i have been in contact with the support through email and they really unblocked it many times.now the support team saying that i should un install ROX WATCH SNIFFER from pc? i dont know how? please is there one here to help out how to find or uninstall this thing?

Please, open your PC Device Manager and make screenshot of running processes. Pls, send picture to dongle@infinity-box.com to check

yes boss it is working perfect..it was roxwatch sniffer blocking best dongle
unistalling worked
the blackberry desktop manager(roxio media) was the cause
it is now working perfect
also i am using a separate pc only for infinty
