You can make FULL (more expensive) activation (50 credits will be on your account after activation)
or
You can make LITE (cheaper) activation (0 credits will be on your account after activation)

After FULL or LITE activation you can use dc-unlocker according to this page: Credits amount needed for operation with dongle account
