Smart-Card - damaged, can not be updated/repaired any more - REPLACEMENT


Hello! My infinity-box smart card become damaged. It is not recognized by any of the infinity software and it is unknown device in the windows device manager. I need replace it by new one. Also I need to move all my activations to new card. As I've seen in FAQ, I wrote to card[at]infinity-box. com, but no answer. What should I do?

Visit any infinity resellers. Not directly to infinity.

Hi,
Easy way: contact to nearest seller and buy new dongle.
If you have additional activations on it you should get new dongle the same type as old to be able to transfer activations
