format done but firmware read failed

Operation : Read FullFlash [ v1.18 ]

1. Remove battery. Insert battery back
2. Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys
3. Insert cable

Hello.
Charge battery, Power On - Power Off phone, use short usb cable.

Repeat FW reading again.

battery is full charged and use short cable

but always failed to read firmware
