intex i5 hd flashing stuck on logo

phone came with eror stop message..i try factory formatting, ext reapair..but still same..then i flashed the phone with factory firmware then stuck on intex logo..

but surprisingly flashing with sptool fixed it with the same file phone is ok now..what could be the problem for this..
