i have problem with my smartcard ... whenever i try to run any infinity module it say DONGLE NOT FOUND .. I thought their is problem with my box.. so i gentely clean and resold all components of box ,, but still same ,, i also cleaned smartcard in it,,still same so to check problem i replace smartcard with <<cruiser card >> and now when i open cruiser software it detects card serial number ... so it is clear that problem is with infinity smartcard and not with box hardware...
also i use other infinity box on my both pcs it work perfect <<it means no driver conflict>>
so plz infinity team what to do with smartcard is it repairable if yes then how???

i need quick solution because without infinity it so hard to do this bussines these days....

What was happened that box stop to work ?
It is need to know exact box history.

nothing wrong happen with box yesterday i leaved it in working condition but next day when i come back it show dongle not found ... plz tell if it is repairable<programmable> if not then what is procedure to replace it......

Hello,

Are you sure that it was nothing happened ?
We never have seen this kind of card damage, no any cards was damaged this way (without any actions and without any reasons).

What devices you can see in PC DeviceManager ?

finally i had purchased a new infinity box .... but now their is another problem ,,,,, how i will pair my old pinfinder with new box ... plz give me solution

send your new box serial, old box serial, pinfinder serial to
