Iphone Dead after flashing

[TATARIN]

Hi!
I have the next problem.
I have Iphone woth version APL228_PCB03_GPRS_MT6230_S02.APL228_20081218_V1_3
but without russian. So i'am downloading from support this file
APL228_PCB03_GPRS_MT6230_S02.APL228_20081218_V1_3_ 128m_En_Ru_Fr_Farsi_Ar.B4M.bin.
Before download it to phone i'am readed firmware and fullflash from phone.
Now when i try write to phone this file i have the error, here is the log
