we have few files with FR.
you can try them:

flashfiles/ChineseMiracle/_MT6225/MAUI25_GEMINI_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.A58_CHS_S71_08 0703_V01__F490_16m_En_Ru_Fr_Es_De_Ml_Id_Th_Vn_Tr_F arsi_Pt_Ar.B0M.bin
flashfiles/ChineseMiracle/_MT6225/MAUI25_GEMINI_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.A58_CHS_S71_08 0703_V01__ZTC-H508_16m_En_Ru_Fr_Tr_Farsi_Ar.B0M.bin

in case they will not work- restore your phone by writing back your original backup

restore back original backup and get your phone back to work.
if you have a lot of chinese phones moving arround you- worth to buy our Language editor tool
more info you can find here: http://www.language-editor.com/
using this soft you can add french to any chinese phone without need for search flash file.
you just read out original file, process it and write back
