This could probably be hw error. Try booting phone in recovery mode.

doing flash ic test could have saved u from this strees... 99% of this phone i have come across stuck on Itel Logo, all did not pass flash ic test..always stops at 83%.
SO MAJORITY OF THE PHONES HAVE HARDWARE ERROR so no need for flashing.

Exactly, All iTel A12 and A11 are like Tecno W3. They never get flashed successfully.

Hey please follow this link https://www.9jarom.com/download-the-...der-free-here/ download that flash tool extract it on your pc, run it then load the flash file follow what it tell you to do when it starts to flash

But note press thank button
