Wello 4 all a heve problem with J110i He box give me this:
COM8 [VCP2] selected
Device: Sony-Ericsson J110i
Checking data, wait...
Action: unlock
Boot...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !
Connecting...
Boot Done
Check Connection...
Check Connection Done
Set Baud...
Set Baud Done
Check Flash...
SW ver: 100C-000
HW ver: KIM-5-
Check Flash Done
Check Parameters...

use latest hmodule from support site, charge battery and try again

There is no need to select other model, all problems with unlock fixed long time ago, just use latest software from support area and unlock phones without any problems.
