jinpeng t66 qith mtk 6225 inside , keypad hank after press any of one button than it hank

tyring to factory setting and format using auto format, but still cannot solve the problem

anyone can help me??

hello!

i would advice to disasssemble phone and check if any of buttons are not constantly pressed.
ussually this buttons are "volume" buttons. if you assembled phone in a wrong way- they become pressed and block other keys correct work

i think it not causes by other button constantly pressed, by the first time when i receive this phone , the button could pressed one by one but it need a little time to wait after press one button to the other one button

may be u ever face this problem

so u can solve this phone , ever face this problem before but i couldn't solve this problem

maybe worth to change quartz?
i've met slow button reaction in old nokias (like 3310)
