Just activate CM2 in my best dongle


I have problem with my dongle i just buy activation for CM2 but now no soft open all freeze except RDA AND QLM AND RKT IS OK ALL other soft freeze infinity best

No error no code just freez not open correctly

After disable antivirus and firewall i install latest infinity best and make new licence file always same problem cant open best soft also CM2 AND SPD MODULE OR IF IT OPEN FREEZE AT SAME TIME PLS NEED SOME HELP INFINITY TEAM TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM

I think it was a problem with firewall or antivirus and afetr disable everything works well.

Smart-Card update process may takes up to 4-5 minutes to complete.

During update process software may seem hanging but please DO NOT close or terminate forcely application.
It may cause harm to your Smart-Card. Just let the process to be finished.
- Connect Infinity Box/Dongle (Smart-Card) to PC
- Disconnect all other Boxes/Dongles (Smart-Card) from PC

What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - http://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17

If you have active support - run DongleManager software and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If support is not active - please contact to any seller and renew support.
