Hello,

Always use completely charged battery, it may be not good results with empty battery.

Check phone bottom connector and charger pins. It may be that connector is dirty or pins is shorted.

customer gave to with sim restart but after flash i become working ine when i was put the charging it asked unsupported accessory this is it history

I am not sure that this may helps, but you can try to flash it again with another firmware + flex files.
