karbon model kc555 gsm,cdma duel mobile cdma sim not working,duel sim setting not opening ,,,formatedd but no pls help..

on screen it showing power on cdma now ?

bro sonukarla my friend said that cdma section has to be formatted,,we are formatting only gsm section .

karbon k451 ringer not working but ringer ok +ve
interface of ringer in pcb is ok checked with multimeter
but the -ve interface of ringer is also showing
contineuty with respective compenents near ringer
interface of pcb
how this can solve
