what is this error

karboon a52..problem is display showing opposite..i tried reading info but received error..customer tried flashing himself and the whole orientation was opposite..

Hello. Charge battery and check cable/usb jack in phone. It show strange log.

yes phone state is showing karboon logo opposite side..as customer tried to flash the phone himself....

It can be HW problem as well. So, can advise check it more deep.

as you said giving me this error while flashing..cant flash with sp tool as well
