Open phone and check that there is no water at phone keyboard and that * and # phone keys works well.

thx 4 quick reply. the phone is clean inside but have some scratches on the baterry cover

If you see color lines at phone LCD it may be result of activated \"test mode\".
How to activate it:
1. press * and # and power-on (so I asked you to check * and # keys)
2. enable test mode via special flag in eeprom (to disable it you can try to flash phone with eeprom files from support area but make backup first)

i will check again tomorow. i have another question for u: why on the support is 6-7 eproms for ke970? i have writed just first.

It\'s just a eeprom files from different good working phones.

u have right, is hw problem. i have cleaned the keyboard conector and the phone power on normally but the keyboard not working. i change all keyboard, i think the IC of the keyboard is damaged. problem solved. thx again
