Please give me the new support file as the set is dead now.
i have taken a full backup of flash and eeprom and after that i formatted the whole flash and flashed the handset with the orignal backup but the set is now dead even after taking the full flash.

I have mailed the backup of this model on [email protected]

Hello,

If phone can't power-on after flashing with backup files this means that phone hardware is damaged and you must check phone hardware (f.e. reball flash and CPU chip).

phones hadware is perfectly ok but i flashed the phone with ZTC-ZT9288_D8308DM_25_06B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00[1].MAUI_06B_W07_20_MP_V12_16m_En_Cn_w_eeprom.B0M and the phone become dead then i againg flashed the orignal flash and eeprom file pleasse tell me what is wrong.
should i try flashing backup only without eeprom will it help me... thanx for the reply

hello!

by flashing back full backup readed before you must restore phone to original state.
if this is not heppening- check your battery
