kg 300 formating problem - GSM-Forum

daer,

my kg300 try to format . completly format then dead. again flash . no power ok but just 2-3 sec only / then try to format safly but comming error msg

COM1 [Serial0] selected
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press and HOLD Power button now !
19200
Initializing[6227:8A02]...
Connecting, wait...
Release Power button now !
Phone detected, wait...
connection lost
Operation failed !
Finished, time used: 12 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

what is the problem pl help me

Hello,

You need to press and HOLD phone "power" button long time during boot process.

You can try to make this way: run "Chinese Miracle" software, select model "MT6228...", make "format"
