yes, but the pinout shown on Shell is for the 2x5 connector, I have a C625 with MiniUSB Connector, like moto phones, I neeed the pinout for this one, it has some testpoints inside but I am not sure where to put rx, tx, perhaps you know.

Just double check your phone connector and you will see what I talk about in my previous message.

also, I dont have this phone connector, at least I dont seem to see any on the package shipped with infinity, so, is there any correspondence between the TP on PCB and the connector ? so I can put the wires directly there?

I strongly suggest you to check your phone connector again and you will see that Konka-C625 has 2x5 (two rows by 5 pins) connector that very similar to ordinary mini-usb but is NOT the same !
Please, do NOT ignore my advice !
I am really surpriced that you do not want to check phone connector carefully.

PCB test points:

2 4
1 3 5

3: Phone Rx (RJ45 pin-2)
2: Phone Tx (RJ45 pin-3)

but to be honest I can not understand what is the usage of these test points if you can not find other 5 pins at phone connector.
Are you sure that you will be able to build cable via PCB test-points ?

Hi there man

I know I sound like a stupid or newbie, but am not.

I am a newbie at infinity because I just baught the box, am very happy and satisfied with it, before having this, I used to use Usb to serrial FTDI based cables and I had no cionnectors, I have managed to solder wires on most connectors to get the phones connected.

I dont have this phone connector, probebly you are right with the connector I cant verify right now because I returned the phone to customer, I prefer the to solder the wires into the PCB juyst as I do with alcatel c701, c717, etc, it is very simple.

I dont know where to find this 2x5 connector on the infinity package, is there anay cable in there with this connector?

Anyways, I will use the PCB testpoints next time.

yurais

Hello,

If you need different connector types and if you often have phones with different rare connectors I suggest you to think about Infinity-Box PinFinder: http://www.infinity-box.biz/index.ph...infinder&lg=en

As about C625: I have this phone on hands and for sure connector is 2x5 even if it looks like ordinary mini-usb.
