Konka D263 No Power - GSM-Forum

got a KONKA D263 for user code reset. After reading the code phone is not powered on. Then I FORMATTED the phone and after the format it gets power on but only blinks @ KONKA logo. then I uploaded the backed up formatted area & the phone is NO POWER again.
Here I attach the Full Flash file Read from the phone.

KONKA_D263_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226M_S01.KAE263_MEA_AR_EN _1_23_A22__fullflash_20101015-152133.B0M.bin

This file is also missing in support area.
Infinity Help, please help me.

hello!

this backup was taken from working phone?
before any other future operation please check your battery voltage

No this file backed up after going no power & before the Format. Flash back up was not necessary cos phone received to read the user code. So I didn't back up the full flash.

there was no problem with battery. I used my DC power supply as the source as usual.

hello!

Just phone code reading should not kill phone.
this operation do not modify anything in flash file.
anyway, flashing must be made now.
we dont have such flash file in our collection.
can you find same working phone on local market?

Yes I know. I don't say that, reading user code killed the phone. this is the first time it occurred. But, some how the phone went off & I feel that If I would be able to format the phone with correct address it will b alive. Cos when I format the phone it gets power & only Blinks @ KONKA logo.
How ever I'll try my best to find same, Working set to back the flash up. If u able to find another way please help me.

I tried the file given. KONKA_D263_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226M_S01.KAA263_1_14_C22_ VI07
Phone turns ON but no display. I think exact file is needed.

Can't you give me the ffs area addresses to format manually?

After flashing the file gave by Mr. Infinityhelp, I flashed with the Original full flash file backed up by me. Now the set is working well.
I flashed the phone with repair "CODE CRC CHECK ERROR" during flash. checked.
