As I can see in your mail subject your phone model is KP210 but not KP215.
What is real model name ?

i just solved your problem bro.earlier this morning i encountere your same case and i already sent infinity team the bin file but just for kicks i tried the reset button found below the sp unlock button and after reset phone is now full unlocked.try it yourself bro.
