i have ktech n8899 when i try to format phone dead i flash it with flash file from support area put its not same with phone original phone flash its gave me white screen so please infinity team i need this flash
(_E553_Y5ARTF_E553_GPRS_MT6226_S01.01_1.BIN__20080 117-004554.B0M)
to make phone working again full funcation ,,

hello!

you did not had to flash phone with wrong file.
better was to restore your phone by writing back eeprom backup created automaticly and located in same folder where CM soft is.
now is noting to do, just search for same phone with good firmware dump, becasue we dont have such software version on our support site.
or wait for help from some of our forum members

br..ihave same problem like u.
but my phone is ktouch b830.i already read full flash from other normal phone.
full flash ok but phone still can,t power on.
i have this message when im write flash with my infi bos:
error: Unknown firmware, user action required:
1. download latest software from support area and try again !
2. if no still luck follow the next procedure:
- find good working phone with the same firmware:>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>already make it.
TYM007243_420_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.007243_420_V40 02.BIN
- make "Read detailed information" operation
- send "backup_system_log_..." file to support
- make "Read full flash" operation
- send flash backup file(s) to support
- include in your e-mail full text from phone back label (phone name etc.)
- be little bit patient and wait update

hello andr3_jc!

send us readed from normal phone backup together with backup_system_log_...
we will update our soft to recognise new version.
until we do this phone will not power On

someone tell me i can try wit another flash file with same softwaer and lcd
this crazy phone his softwaer look like xp opreation system in menu so if anyone suggest to me flash file i can try it we will not losing trying i know my customuer make me crazy with this **** china phone....
please advice i hate working in this chinese mobiles its handy made phones...
and realy thanks for good helping ....
