L831 Software Frozen - GSM-Forum

Hi Inifinty,
i have an L831 that powers on normally, but once on and go into the first menu, the software is frozen, i tried format, flash, but nothing works, still the same, can you advise me.

hello!

must be hardware problem, try to resloder CPU/flash or at least heat it
