Flash it with original FlashTool_v5.1316.00 or FlashTool_v5.1320

Hello,
First make sure which cpu your phone has as Lava Discover 135 comes in MT6250 and MT6260. Looks like your phone has MT6250 cpu. Download MT6250 firmware and try again.
About error screenshot which you posted first is for connectivity issue since MT6260 firmware is supported by usb flashing and you are trying with com1. Other error is for firmware mismatch error, that's why I asked you to use other firmware which has MT6250 BB inside.
