INFINITY TEAM please guide me that in "Chinese miracle" "Repair blocked" is legal or illegal to use such options in India.

no! in same country is legal in some ilegal. Read the constitution or law

in my country there is no law for changing imei, unlocking phones, repair black listet and other "pirate" work's with GSM.
but in my neighborhood there is a lot of law's

bro Chinese phone almost has same imei number so if any one block any one phone so you face this prob in lot of phones so i think this option is legal so don't worry about it
