Lenovo A3000-H preloader problems. A really weird one - GSM-Forum

Hello
My customer killed this tab. The result is erased preloader. I tried to reflash but it's impossible bcose i tried all avaliable flash (from xda, from russian forums, from lenovo forums, all international and chinese) on the net without success. The preloaders supports only one kind of samsung flash ic. I checked all available logs (like this) Only samsung flash. The tab builded with Hynix and it's original of course. It's possible to edit or rebuild the preloader?

Hello. Not possible edit preloader without it sources. But possible find any similar, which will work on it.

BTW it initialized well with ScatFW, which you selected in flashing tab.
What if enable skip HW check and flash it?

Hm. That seems more weird and looks as FlashIC problem.
What will be, if untick "Erase" ?

SPFT should also stop on Pre-Erase with some SDMMC_ERASE_ERROR or SDMMC_WRITE_ERROR.

Seems as dead end for FlashIc.

I had optimized MT6589 operations with latest loaders in MTKv1.49. MTK change much in last version and it work more correct now. Try it, just to make sure. I had tested 5x different MT6589 for all kind of operations, including whole erase and rebuild.

If result same - then it FlashIC ReadOnly.
