hi infinity team .i reset lenovo a7020a48 frp in new exe ver 1.57. software done frp ,but set goes in to error tool dl image fail. set was working ok in frp status. here is the info. dl fix mode also not working at last.

thx for reply sir, but customer is getting angry for problem caused in the phone. when i try to write its backup , software erased the file, now phone dont show tool dl image fail..it also gives error in sptool 5.1636. pls help me how to revive the phone.cant write its preloader also.

When you read FW - SW have warn you about possible results. That was a bad idea ignore it.

I can't help you because have no such sample to test and check yet.
You killed it now by flashing, by ignore SW warnings. Now you should wait , or search over internet for factory FW and try flash it.

sir , i have this firmware too. but sptool flasher also gives error at the beginning.

Hello sir, same condition with me today. I also killed phone today. hope next update fix this problem. I read firmware if u want to test it i will give u link.

I try to remove frp lock but after that show tool image fail. handset not on. i try to flash read firmware after that handset dead.

Try This Method Bro your problem will be solved just uncheck these files in sp tool and you get working device and frp also gone
