Try plug it to USB while keeping both volume keys pressed. Worked for me.

Find my post in Lenovo section, about K10A40 FRP,
download flasher from posted link, use appropriate DA_Agent,
replace in CM2MTK folder (search the infinity section for how-to),
after that phone will boot and you can do desired operations
(sim-unlock, FRP remove, factory reset, re-partition, etc.).

For flashing this phone you will need factory stock rom,
don't use readed firmware from other same phone.
