Hello!
Did you try via EDL cable? https://www.google.bg/search?q=edl+c...yr-zawO6cIRKM:

or via both buttons + and - ?
will be good if you disconnect and connect again battery before try to enter in EDL mode

Simple method : Use Xiaomi MiFlash, it will switch to EDL mode and flash.

Another method - Use QPST "eMMC Download" app (Switch to DLOAD) option.

The funny thing is windows XP recognized as 900E and I can't change driver manually. Checked on 2 PC. In Win 10 x64 i can change driver manually to Qualcomm 9008. But Any software can't detect Qualcomm COM. I hear in other forum that bootloader is damaged probably.. ?

Did you even read what I wrote in my previous post ?
No need to change anything. Use posted instructions, all will be fine.
