lenovo tab TB3-710F problem???

hi infinity team i have problem with lenovo tab TB3-710F that each time try to open play store still give me this - app is not installed- i flash it and formate many time it work for few minute then give that message again and also at the top of screen give this message app permission management is closed, ....i make memory test here is the log

Make sure about FW is good and factory or from trusted source.
Make sure about after FactoryReset device exactly restart as clean, not just boot to home screen.

Thanks...when i finish software or make full factory to the tab it is always takes about 10 minute to reach the home menue..so may be the reson for my problem in google play not installed related to hardware problem??...thanks in advance

Dear you must try to make a factory reset from settings after flash. Your device may be rooted, check root status, make bootloader locked and post result here... Also make a request to JayDi sir, he may help in a better way...
