no 4g-customer put reliance geo sim then no network to all sims-sim management,data connection,mobile networks,usb internet in menu disabled(i mean can not open this menu's)

customer went to lenovo service centre-they told motherboard problem-need to replace

then came to my service centre -as usual i flashed-still all above menus r disabled.so no network-info as below

Hello.
If in your region exists another 4G provider - use it sim for check device.
