lg 3510 upgrade problem

when i upgrade lg 3510 in bin file download then show a message -Runtime Error!programe:C\Lg Electronics\LGDownload \LGRunDll.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it is an unusual way .pleasse contact the applications support team for more information.


please help me i am new user cdma infinity and first time repair set.
