Hello,
Its Due To Driver Problem Check Timing (Finished, time used: 14 sec) Normally It Takes 23 to 30 sec for unlock. Uninstall All Lg Usb Drivers Download Fresh Drivers From Support And Then Perform Any Other Unlock Operation

Solution-Downlaod Flash File And Flasher From Support And Try To Flash Your Phone In Emergency Mode 5+PWR

Note- Don't Forgot To Reinstall Usb Drivers

Hello,
What U Want To Say About Misguide? I Don't Know How Much Experience You Have But You Must Know Difference Between Full Flash And Partial Unlock Some Time As You Did Phone Dead Due To Driver Conflict It May B Revived As Boot Is Untouched During unlock.
So Before Blaming On Some One U Must Know First How It Works

Note- No Issue Regarding This If U Can Recover Ur Handset With This Method Its Ok If Not Then Pls Keep Patience And Next Time Before Performing Unlock Operation You MUst Check Ur Pc For Driver Conflict
