I have make backup with other box, is possible update in infinity?

Also, as I remember this model already supported by Infinity-Box, at least you can flash/format this phone, flash files exist in support area.

I'm trying to use the flash file that has the suport and program MModule says he is corrupted or damaged ..... could post one for me?
I really need to reprogram this phone!

pleas, upload in 4shared or other site!

As I can see at your screenshot - there is an error "block data unstable".
It may be a result of faulty hardware (f.e. bad soldered or damaged flash chip) or it may be water inside.
Have you tried to open phone to check it's hardware ?
