Hello,

I think it's a result of damaged phone hardware but it's not a software fault.
Please, open phone and check it's hardware. It may be damaged or bad soldered flash chip or f.e. water inside.

Sorry for answer in old topic,but device gx200 with is error is NAND Flash.
