lg ke770(Telstra) not conect with infinity
 

i try to remove user lock of lg ke770(testra)and i conect it with kg800 infinity cable.i try to dedecet the mobile with infinity .i try every thing iinstall and remove bettry and hold power on but infinity not dedect the set.plz help me

I think it may be only one problem: damaged cable or damaged phone connector.
Please, double check cable and connector and try again.

1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout (Rx/Tx/Gnd pins and other information)

i read ur instraction carefully.i try my best.in creat a cable if i wrong joint rx,tx and gnd then the mobile or box are working or not bcoz in rx and tx i m not sure .and in my cable colure is defrent like wite red green black.i m confuse about where i start the joint the cable .from left of conector or right of conector.plz help me

12: Box Tx/Phone Rx (RJ45 pin-2)
13: Box Rx/Phone Tx (RJ45 pin-3)
18: Gnd

Now just connect phone contacts to box contacts and unlock phone in seconds.

If you still have any problems please, explain what is the problem exactly so we will be able to give you more advices.

i m thankful to u.u guide me very well but i m don,t know about hardware or making cable.u sent me link for my salution but when i go to link there is on pic which is not desplay.i sent u three pics .one is the phone and conector and second is only conect and third is rj45 cable.u see it and edit it whith where join rx,txand gnd.i my mind i thing the red in rj45 on pin 2 and white is in rj45 on 3 pin and gnt is black snd green in rj45 7and 8.but i don,t know the driction to join the cable pin out.please sent me suport through this pics.thanks in advance.

if you really can not understand how to make cable according to my previous explanation I strongly suggest you to learn more about wires, cables, phones and other things. In other case this job is not for you due to you will kill many phones before you will get first result.

Let me think that it just your bad joke and you just want to check how is strong our support with this kind of customers like you so I will be very patiend and here is explanation for babies (who must not repair any phone to avoid dead device):
1. look at your connector picture.
top contact is RJ45 pin-1, 2nd from top is RJ45 pin-2, 3rd from top is RJ45 pin-3 etc..., last contact for top (means first from bottom) is RJ45 pin-8.
I hope now you can understand how to calculate pins.
2. connect GND (RJ45 pin-7) to phone pin 18
3. connect RJ45 pin-2 to phone pin 12
4. connect RJ45 pin-3 to phone pin 13
Cable is ready.

Oh... I forgot one more important thing. how to calculate phone pins.
Here is instruction how to calculate it:

keyboard top
1.........18

put phone on table (if you have it) or somewhere else this way: phone connector near you. phone keyboard should be at top (this means keyboard is NOT at table, this means that phone battery is at table). Now start to calculate pins from left to right.
I hope you know where is LEFT, but anyway here is an explanation:
Here is LEFT.......................................here is RIGHT
so count pins from LEFT to RIGHT this way:
1 is here, 2 is here ---->--->---> 18 is here.

Please, confirm, is it enough clear explanation ?

Also I hope you can understand why you have ignored my previous link with detailed explanation how to build cable.

I stronlgy suggest you to buy PinFinder adapter due to PinFinder adapter can detect pinout automatically. For sure it's the best choice for people who don't know how to build cables.
