i have a problem on lg ke 970 hanging on ke970 logo after unlock startup,
not booting

If you are really sure that phone had no problems before unlock and if you really sure that you have tested phone before unlock you can try to restore original eeprom backup (was created automatically during unlock process) and phone will be in it's original state.
