Hello supportrer I have a KG 200 show only LG mono and hang I full format it with infinity box but still same problem plz guide me how can I solve my problem thanks in advance.

1. Did you tried to make "complate" format ?
2. did you tried to make 112 (emergency) call without sim ? Is phone Ok without SIM ?
3. did you checked phone hardware ?
