i already to flash plz help

Did you tried to follow the instructions written in the file named "LG-KG300_KG200_KG195_repair_freez_restart" on your hard disk under this location "C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Documentation\Unlock_and_repair"

Hello,

You can try to make "safe" format.
If still no luck you can try to rehot/reball both flash chip.

i did first this methord but not working and then try to kg195 freez/restart but it also same result sir

Hello,

You can flash phone with firmware from support area.
At first try to use the same firmware that was installed in your phone before (check operation log of previous operations to see original firmware version).
If phone still freez after both format methods and after flashing with firmware from support area - you need to check phone hardware.
It may be damaged or bad soldered flash chip.
