I Have Flash This Phone Set Is Completey Flashed But No Power On Any Solution. I Have Write Eeprom But No Way. Any Solution. This Is Three Times Problem

You must explain the problem more detailed, post log here.
What what initial phone condoition ? Is it was dead phone ?
Did you checked phone hardware ?

give answers to all my questions !

two time i have got two sets in dead condition. when i attach it on the power supply and press Power botton just take 2 and 1 volte . i have charge its battery and try to flash it flashing is ok and complete and also doing reset seting and doiing unlock. but not power on and no charging.

Did you tried to mopen phone and check phone hardware ?
You have a reason to do so.
