| try to unlock it & make reset; if no luck check ur phone hardware ps : remove backup memory battery |

You did not told to us about yur results with our advices but you start to talk here about other tools. What is the reason to continue this discussion here ? Right... no reason to continue due to you want to talk about other tools. Hope you understand the reason why I close this thread. Finally: if you don't want to follow advices of Infinity-Box support persons but you want to talk about other tools: please, no need to ask questions in Infoinity-Box section but use other correct forums/sections.
