is this software problem or hardware :

I have tried with software wit diff. flash file given on support area.

Hello,

Try to make "format ffs" in "complete" mode.

Also, be sure that you have at least 128 Mb free space at your HDD, this helps to avoid problems with flashing.

You must repair phone hardware !
If somebody drop something on the floor it is impossible to damage phone software but it's possible to damage hardware only.
so you must open phone and check it's hardware, f.e. rehot/reball CPU and flash chip etc.
