Device too old.
EMMC can be dead.
Make EMMC RO test.

Some files, if ZTE provide OTA updates - you can extract from OTA.zip and write with memory tool.
Or wait someone, who can read FW.

extract boot chain :
sbl,tz,boot,recovery,rpm from ota
write with memory tool.
If all files write correctly done - then you should get recovery.

recovery-from-boot NOT RECOVERY !

Did you try make eMMC test?

Then try other thing :
Read any partition. sbl1for example.
Erase that partition.
Reboot device.
Check that partition state in memory tool again.
It must be empty.

flash NON-HLOS.bin as modem image.
emmc_appsboot - as aboot
and again rest parts at same names.
Recovey wrong in both cases. Until you not flash correct recovery - you will not get it working.
