lg rd 3540 unlocked but with problem

i have unlocked lg rd 3540 but when i insert sim of tata,mts etc exception of reliance, it shows network but if try to call it shows calling then return to main screen

This Problem Is Not Related With Unlocking This Is Pure hardware Problem Pls Check Hardware And Please Don't Say That Before Unlock It Was Working Call Was Connecting Its Total hardware Problem

but reliance is worrking perfectly
